The owners are friendly and really helpful. There’s a little cafe in the garden by a fish pool, with tasty food and inexpensive breakfast for guests. Free bikes and the location make it easy to get around the old town and nearby areas. The rooms and dorm are clean and comfortable. You can even borrow a yoga mat if you ask nicely :)
I had a lovely stay in a beautiful old Asian house with hardwood floors. It’s run by a very friendly, helpful local Thai woman. Chiang mai is a lovely little town, different from the rest of Thailand. It has weekly markets and feels a bit more laid-back.
Every time I moved, the bed made a creepy noise, and there were ants crawling around as if they were sleeping with me. There must have been thousands of them in the house. I don’t understand why people call this guest house clean. The washroom and shower are in the same room, and there were ants there too. It was creepy and a horrible memory from my trip.
Right in the heart of Chiang Mai old town, and the room was clean. The service felt warm and friendly. Love this place.
The people were friendly and the room was good, though it did have a funky smell. It didn't bother me too much. The bathroom was shared.
