Triple Palms House

The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities I wanted. There’s also a fully equipped garden kitchen that everyone can use, plus water and other supplies. I liked taking my shoes off at the entrance and walking barefoot on the clean floors. The location is the best in Chiang Mai, with easy access to everything, including tour guides. The staff are two siblings, a brother and sister in their late 60s or around 70, and they treated me like their child, even a grandchild. They’re so sweet and kind, and they always had an answer when I needed help. I love them. I stayed three days and have traveled to more than 60 countries, so this is my honest review. The place has changed a lot since the older bad reviews, though I don’t know what changed. I completely disagree with those negative reviews. A 5/5 stay, highly recommended.

We had six people in the family room, and there was plenty of space. The room was well maintained and clean, though the towels and shower felt a little dated. The owner, his sister, and the maid were friendly and helpful, and our after-hours check-in went smoothly. It’s a quiet little gem in a busy, noisy area, with a very convenient location.

We felt safe walking around alone at night, and there are lovely cafes nearby. We especially liked Nice Cafe. The Sunday night market, spas, and massage places are easy to reach; the owner recommended blind massage on the same road, which was very good at 180 baht an hour. Laundry service was 60 baht. The owner kindly arranged airport pickup and drop-off, both easy and on time. The room was quiet and comfortable, the location was great, and the owner and staff were incredibly nice.

We loved staying at the triple palms. The owner was attentive and caring, and there was free coffee, tea, and fruit during the day. Our room was really spacious and clean, a great place to stay in Chiang Mai.
