Kim and Baitoey made my stay memorable. They were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived, and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout. Kim was attentive and proactive, offering useful help and thoughtful recommendations when I needed them. Baitoey was consistently cheerful and careful with the details, always going the extra mile to keep things smooth and stress-free. Their genuine hospitality really stood out. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and highly recommend it because of their excellent service.

The pool area was a highlight, with a great view and a relaxing setting, and the gym was well equipped. The sauna was excellent too. Nam deserves a special thank you for the genuine kindness and welcoming hospitality that made my stay more memorable. The hotel itself pairs a modern atmosphere with warm service, and the daily complimentary drinks were a thoughtful touch that made me feel welcome. Breakfast was very good, with quality products and plenty to choose from, though it gets quite crowded on weekends, so going earlier is a good idea. U Nimman Chiang Mai was comfortable and well located, with attentive service and great facilities. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at U Nimman Chiang Mai, and the location made getting around Nimman especially easy. One Nimman is right next door, MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center is very close, and dining and shopping were convenient within walking distance. PangPond and Baitoey were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout, and their kindness made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is a little older, but it's clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. Our room was generally quiet, so we rested well, which we really value. We were very satisfied and would consider staying again on our next visit to Chiang Mai.

The Nimman location made it easy to be near cafes, restaurants, and shops. Inside, the room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the bed was especially comfortable. The hotel feels modern and relaxing, with everything well organized. Baipo was particularly attentive and helpful, and her calm, polite manner stood out. The whole team provided good service. I had a comfortable stay and would consider coming back to U Nimman Chiang Mai.

Baipa at reception helped us arrange a taxi to the airport when we checked out. She communicated really well and seemed to understand what would make our stay easier. We also enjoyed the breakfast and rooftop pool. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and staying at the U Ninam hotel was a wonderful experience.
