We left and found another hotel, and now the owner won't refund us. Our first room, on the fourth floor, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks: there were spiders and webs in the bathroom, other little bugs, and the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. We were offered a different room, but its bathroom floor was completely soaked from a leak. The owner blamed the cleaner having just left, but water was visibly coming through the ceiling. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews, and I'd avoid the place. It's a disgrace.

Getting the room cleaned meant asking for it, and when I did, it felt like a waste of time. The young guy was completely inept at cleaning. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in, and by far the worst value for money I've seen. Check the pictures to see what you're expected to sleep on.

The owners were really nice, and the location made it easy to get to everything I needed. I loved staying here. If you're coming to Chiang Mai, book it. I'll definitely come back.

For the price, this place is well worth considering. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's a quiet spot close to the old town. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The staff were really nice, but I had a hard time sleeping because the rooms weren't clean and had a lot of mold. If you have allergies, I'd think twice before booking here. Unfortunately, I can't give it a good review.
