I stayed several nights and they cleaned the room every day. The accommodation feels new and clean, with large rooms, a comfortable bed, strong water pressure and a nice atmosphere. There’s plenty of parking, and it’s just 5-10 minutes from Chiang Rai city center. Breakfast and fruit are included, and each guest gets a drink from the cafe. At less than a thousand baht, it’s good value for the price. The owner was friendly and helpful, too.

Breakfast is included, with American breakfast, papaya, and a free hot drink for each person. If you visit during papaya season, you can help yourself to the fruit for free. I’d rate cleanliness 5/5, and the staff and service 5/5 for being friendly and very attentive. Accommodation and the location/atmosphere are both 4/5.
