The team were warm, attentive and professional throughout, and the evening cocktail hospitality was thoughtful. Thank you for the cake, too. The cocktails were excellent, though I was unwell and couldn’t fully enjoy them. As a Platinum member, we used a Suite Night Upgrade. The suite was comfortable and nicely presented, but facing another building meant there was no view, which felt disappointing for the value. We would have preferred a smaller room with a view. The private pool was quite small and didn’t work for swimming, maybe it was meant for small kids rather than adults like us. A heated jacuzzi-style pool or a larger warm bathtub would have made for a more relaxing, premium stay.

The quiet spot near Jomtien Beach made it easy to find local seafood, mango sticky rice, and fresh coconuts. Our room looked straight out over the pool and beach, so waking up to the ocean and catching the sunset were real highlights. We also loved winding down with afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Club Lounge. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the staff were very helpful. Thanks to Khun Lucky and the welcoming front desk team, Khun Num in the lounge, the staff who decorated our room, and everyone else who made things easy for us. A lovely relaxing getaway.

We especially enjoyed the peaceful location close to Jomtien Beach. From our room, we had a direct view of the sea and beach, and waking up to the ocean and seeing the sunset made the stay feel special. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the Club Lounge were a great way to relax, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The staff were helpful, including the team who decorated our room. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it for a relaxing stay.

We felt reassured about traveling despite our worries over the Cambodia border conflict, and the hotel told us it was safe to visit. That turned out to be true, and I have no regrets about coming. We had a wonderful stay in the Pool Suite as a family of four, with top-notch service throughout. On arrival, PLA kindly showed us around and explained the hotel clearly. Even in peak season, we never felt overlooked. Parking was easy and felt very secure, the beach was safe and beautiful, and seafood restaurants and a 7-Eleven were within walking distance. The in-house massage service, Let’s Relax, was excellent too. I’d happily come back. Highly recommend it to friends, and thank you, Veranda MGallery. Thumbs up 👍🏻

We enjoyed our stay. A few small things could make it better: it would help to have another water station, since we had to go back several times to refill. An extra bath mat by the soaking tub would be useful too. For a breakfast buffet costing 550 THB per person, real butter instead of blended butter would improve the meal.
