For 500 baht, I'd call it an average place. The room decor is pretty plain, but there's instant coffee you can make yourself, and cleanliness was okay. Parking fits around 10-15 cars.

There's parking, and the place is quiet and comfortable. For what it costs, it's excellent. Get in touch through FB Messenger.

The rooms are simple and super clean. I booked in English through Facebook, and the owner was really nice. Great for the price :-)

The room was cleaned well, though it smelled damp and musty when I opened the door. The mattress was very hard, maybe that's what you get for 400 baht a night.
