I checked in on 16 October 25, 2025, and went to bed around 9:30 PM. The whole air conditioner unexpectedly fell down, though thankfully nobody was hurt. We were really frightened. I went downstairs to complain because the service counter staff had a very bad attitude. They only offered to move us to another room. For a hotel like this, think twice before booking.

The room was clean, and for the price it’s good value, mainly because of the location at Lee Garden night market. It’s very convenient, though the hotel only has basic amenities.

The room was good and the hotel is in Hatyai City Centre, with good value for money. The corridor looks worn and needs an upgrade. Hot water is the main problem, for some reason it isn’t hot after 10am.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the location is really strategic. But the service was very bad. We were stranded in the flood, and when we went down to ask the receptionist, he could only say, “I don’t know.” There was no solution at all. Please improve your service, thank you and sorry.

The location is great, and the counter customer service was okay. The room was very old and smelly, though I forgot to take a photo. The cleaner service staff were very bad.
