Hatyai Signature Hotel

I only stayed one night, and the experience felt different after the flood. Our room was near the staircase and felt really spooky. My in-law sensed something wasn't right in there, and it was noisy at night too. They gave us an extra bed facing the toilet, which didn't help; its position made the room feel full of bad energy. The location isn't very convenient. I hope people who stay here will think twice.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, but the coffee was miserable, and there were several construction sites around the spacious hotel grounds. A few things to consider before booking: there's no free shuttle for early departures or late arrivals. When we got there, the restaurant was closed and room service wasn't available. There was no minibar either. They suggested 7/11 or a food delivery service that requires a special app. For a hotel advertised as four stars, that was absolutely unworthy.

The service was friendly and dependable, and the rooms were clean. Hatyai Signature Hotel is conveniently located and gets the basics right. A straightforward, no-fuss place to stay in the city.

The breakfast cost 1200 bath for one person, but the buffet had no more than 20 choices. We couldn't park to unload our luggage because the parking area was already occupied by another car, and there was no trolley service from the first-floor check-in lobby and lift. Our fourth-floor room smelled of cooking from the kitchen. There were lizard droppings in a corner and behind the sofa, and the sofa was dirty with lots of hair on it. The plug was tucked behind the TV, making it very hard to charge anything or boil water. Water in the washroom came intermittently, and we could hear people talking outside our room.
