During the ongoing flooding in Hat Yai in November, 2025, we were stranded at the hotel, and I'm deeply grateful for how the staff treated us. When the power was out and the water was too high to go out for food, they made instant noodles for as many guests as they could, apparently from their own pantry. They even identified which food was halal. The receptionist and staff stayed through the trouble, putting their own comfort aside. They provided water bottles, candles, plastic bags, and free rooms for guests whose bookings had ended but who couldn't leave. They also gave us calm guidance, a voice of reason, and help with directions and translation. Thank you sincerely. You're a credit to your nation and a light in a dark time.

The staff were so helpful during the major Hatyai flood in November 2025. The area around the hotel was badly affected, and one staff member helped us get food from rescuers, kept gathering and sharing updates, and did her best to find whatever guests needed. She also helped us reach a safe place. It felt like a real blessing. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Lee Garden market and Florida night market are nearby too.

The morning front desk staff had a great attitude and were really accommodating. They let me check in early and provided extra pillows and a kettle at no extra charge. My only complaint was the towels, which smelled old and musty.

The room was large, with two king beds, and they let us check in early. The little balcony was handy for drying clothes after handwashing, and the small, light hair dryer worked well. But cleanliness was poor. The floor was dirty, there were lots of tiny ants on the table and an insect on the bed, and the wardrobe smelled bad. The bathroom tiles were stained, and one small toilet roll wasn't enough, so we had to ask for two more. The yellow lights were very dim. We had to go back to reception after check-in because the electricity hadn't been turned on when we put the key in. The same thing happened the next day: even though we were staying two nights, the power had been cut and we had to go downstairs to ask about it. There are a lot of stairs to reach the lobby, reception, and lift, which was difficult with our luggage. We booked room 307 for three people for two nights. They gave us only one key, which was inconvenient for a group. The door used a knob type of lock that didn't feel safe at all.
