I waited quite a while for reception to open the rooms. Once the staff member arrived, she was very helpful with everything I needed, and check-in went smoothly. The parking was excellent, right in front of the room.

I booked two nights through Agoda for RM168. It's a quiet place with a nice atmosphere, and everything else was okay. Getting to Central Hatyai means making a big U-turn, even though the drive is only about five minutes. The air conditioning needs fixing: it gets cool, but not cool enough, around 20°C even when set to 16°C. Water pressure isn't great either, though it does the job. They provided two bottles of drinking water and bars of soap. I'd come back for a short trip.

I booked through Agoda and got a very cheap price. It's clean and close to Hatyai Central Festival. I'd recommend it if you're bringing a car, since you can park right in front of the room.

It's a nice, quiet place. The main drawback is getting into Hatyai town, since you have to make a big U-turn.

It's okay if you just need somewhere to rest, but the location isn't good.
