Urbanli Hatyai Hotel

My stay at Urbanli Hatyai Hotel was extremely unpleasant, and I want to complain about how the problems were handled. During an ordinary shower, water from the bathroom bathtub area leaked into the room and soaked my luggage and backpack, damaging my belongings. This was a problem with the room, not something I caused by using it improperly. After I reported the leak, they sent just one cleaner, who mopped with bathroom towels in a careless way. Later I found my underwear wrapped in the towel the cleaner had used, and my personal items had been thrown away. When I raised this with the hotel, I got no clear explanation, apology, or proper solution. Checkout was another problem. Staff deliberately held things up and tried to deny responsibility, saying the cleaner had not taken or removed the small towel, which doesn't match what happened. They hadn't properly investigated or shown any evidence, yet tried to blame me and demand compensation, even though the room condition and staff handling caused the issue. From reporting the leak through checkout, the staff were careless and irresponsible. Nothing was resolved, and the whole thing caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This experience left me seriously disappointed in the hotel's room maintenance, respect for guests' belongings, service standards, and accountability. I want a proper explanation, a formal apology, and reasonable compensation from the hotel or platform.

It was easy to get around downtown Hatyai on foot from this new hotel, and there are some covered parking spaces too. I stayed recently and found everything new and clean. The modern Chinese art deco design is beautiful, and the room price is still manageable.

Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty breads to choose from, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I felt welcome the whole time and would happily come back. My room was stylish, comfortable, and put together with nice little design details. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and everything was super clean. Being right in the heart of the city also made exploring easy.

The location, service, decor, bed, and pillows were all things I liked, and most of the breakfast choices were good. The noodle dish was a bit too sweet for our taste. It was a very pleasant stay.
