We'd definitely stay here again. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room had a lovely balcony with seats and a clothes drying rack. The shower was excellent, and the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the woman at reception. It's a convenient short walk to the beach, railway station, and local points of interest.

I've stayed here twice now, and things were very good again. Breakfast is simple and adequate, but most of the food in the Bain Marie’s was only lukewarm. Parking is limited. My car sat in the sun for two days even though covered spaces were vacant, which made it seem like some people get priority parking.

The cook deserves my five stars. Her Thai food is the best in Hua Hin, especially the mixed vegetables, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. You can tell cooking is love, dedication, and passion for her, and I could eat those vegetables every day. This is my second visit, and the staff and owner are great too. Thanks, Baan Nilrath, for having such dedicated staff.

The rooms are spacious for the price, and the location is handy, close to both the beach and a Night market. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Breakfast was decent, though I'd have liked cereal or a choice of fruit. I enjoyed my second stay here.
