The staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager spoke English fluently. Our room was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a really good job. There was always hot water for showers too. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Patong.

The staff were generous and the hospitality was great. Baan Boa guest House patong is about 1.2 km from Patong beach and Bangla Road. Our room was large and clean, with a water bottle, electric kettle, small refrigerator, and locker. For this price, I don’t think you’ll find a better-value guest house anywhere in the Patong area. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a room that’s good value for money.

The guest house is run by really nice people, and the spacious rooms are kept clean. They’re cleaned on request, and there’s plenty of hot water. The stairs are quite steep, so if mobility is an issue, make sure you can get a ground-floor room. Great place to stay and exceptional value 🙂
