All the staff, from the front office to housekeeping, were accommodating and gave excellent service. The hotel arranged transportation for us, and I’d like to stay again. I stayed at T Villas over Christmas, when the front office and eating area were decorated for the holidays. My room was clean and orderly, and it was an easy, quick walk to the beach. I hadn’t realized you could rent chairs there. I do wish the hotel had provided a beach towel in the room. The night market is 20-30 minutes away.

The villas are roomy, kept in good shape, and make for a peaceful break right by the beach with lovely views. What stood out most was the personal welcome: the staff were always smiling, polite, and sincerely helpful, and the owner ma’am made sure everyone was looked after. You can feel that warmth through the stay. I’d happily recommend T Villas Hua Hin for a relaxing visit in Hua Hin.

Kao Tao is a calm, quiet area, and we liked being away from the tourist zone. Kiss cafe is right next door, and the place seems well suited to families. It’s simple and peaceful, though breakfast choices are very limited.

I was glad we switched here at the last minute after the other hotel I’d booked turned out to be unpleasant, even though this place cost more. We had a comfortable two-bedroom villa with its own pool, near the beach, and I was very satisfied with the decision. The location also worked well for visiting the safari park and water park. The only downside was that taxis could take a while to arrive because of the distance.

We were disappointed. They changed what we’d agreed to, wanted us to switch rooms three times, and doubled the room price for the next day.
