The price was fair, and the included breakfast was coffee and toast. I had a comfortable bed with spotless linen, and the rooms were clean. There's a fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, dressing desk, table, and a beautiful bathroom with wonderful towels. The area is quiet and the service was good. Highly recommended.

For ฿500, it's a pretty good option, with a good location and a decent breakfast the next morning. The room, though, was very old, had lots of ants, and no hot water.

The place was fairly clean, but there was no food and the refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed. When I opened it, a bottle fell out and broke, and I was charged 20 baht. No big deal, though they should fix the fridge.

Service was good, and the rooms nearer reception are a little better, with internet. The rooms are all quite bad, though.
