Himmapana Villas - Terraces

The shuttle was handy, especially for trips to Big C Supermarket. Check-in and checkout were smooth, bottles of water were replenished each day, and the linens were changed every two days. The garden, pool, and house were attended to almost daily. All the TVs had Apple play and Google chromecast, so it was easy to watch shows and play music. We tried room service once and thought the food was just okay. There's apparently a gym, though we didn't use it. The villa was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean. Staff were helpful and on call around the clock. My only concern was the setting: it's a long way from major Phuket attractions and up a very steep hill that most vans can't drive up. Keep that in mind if traveling as a group. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and I'd recommend it.

The villa was spacious and worked well for our group of friends. We had five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was a real plus. The modern villas sit fairly close together, though we had no noise issues. Special requests, including two blankets per bed, were taken care of before we arrived, and booking was smooth. The road up is steep, and some taxis refuse to drive all the way. The shuttle to Kamala runs from 9am to 9pm and worked perfectly for us. The driver was always friendly and professional. An iPad in the villa lets you order things like massages, rides, and room service, and the WhatsApp concierge was very responsive. We had a great stay and found the team very friendly. It's not cheap, but what you get felt worth the money. One small letdown was the 1,000 THB charge for an hour of early check-in, even though the villa was already available. That seemed unnecessary at this price.

Lovely, clean villa, and the support staff were supercool, very responsive, and went out of their way to help. The location is remote, though, so you need your own vehicle whenever you want to go out.

The view, service, and location at the terraces were brilliant. It's very close to Patong and Kamala Beach. I'd absolutely recommend staying here in Phuket. Perfect!
