Francesco was a great host and got back to us promptly whenever we had questions. The villa’s two bedrooms both have TVs, cable, wardrobes, and bathrooms, and the photos match what you’ll find. The pool is a great size for a family dip, and the kitchen has what you need if you want to cook. Big C and Tesco Lotus are just down the street, easy enough to walk to before we rented a scooter from OhLaLa. There are Thai-style restaurants all over, and they’re a must while you’re here. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and we were not disappointed.

The property was disgusting when I arrived for the tour. It clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the pool was like a swamp. Kitchen cupboards were hanging off the wall. Do not book this place, it's disgusting.

The place and the people were quite pleasant, but my holiday was disrupted by being woken at 5 a.m. every day by the call to prayer from the mosque right behind the other villa I was placed in. That may be good for Muslims with a place of worship nearby, but getting up at 5 every morning wasn't a vacation for me. I had booked one villa and was put in another when I arrived. Then, when I left, I had booked one villa but ended up in a different one again because of a problem with the lock.
