The sunrise and sunset views are out of this world. The pool is good and has full amenities around it, and all the suites have wonderful views. I don't understand some of the reviews. This villa is luxurious and exceptional, with top-notch service and very good food, especially breakfast. I'd recommend it for large groups or families.

Worst place and service. I'm never coming back. Ann and her whole team were extremely rude and not helpful at all. This place is at a very low level, not what you'd expect when paying this much. I wouldn't recommend it for a high-end vacation. I felt embarrassed in front of my family that this was their first time having to deal with people with so little experience. ALSHAIKH,

The villa is stunning, and that's the only reason I'm giving it two stars. I've stayed in luxury villas around the world, but this system just doesn't work. You have to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner two days ahead, as if I know what I'll want for dinner then. They ask for an incredible deposit, then charge a percentage each time the driver goes out to get food. I broke one glass and was charged $14 for it. They also tried to charge me for a weighing scale they said I'd broken, even though they gave it to me already broken. Such a shame the service is so horrible when the villa itself is beautiful.
