No.9 hostel kanchanaburi

The common areas are super chill, and the location is great. This hostel is really clean, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen that has a toaster, microwave, drinking water, and washing machine. The staff are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!

I really like this hostel. It’s so clean and quiet, even with lots of local Thai restaurants nearby and a bar street just 30 meters away. It’s set back from the main road, so there isn’t much traffic and it’s peaceful for sleeping. Just keep in mind the staff leave around 6 or 7 pm, I’m not sure which. Better book your room online ahead of time 🥰

I stayed for a month and was very happy there. The hotel is close to the train, with convenient transport and nearby attractions. There’s a supermarket, bars, and restaurants at the intersection. I cooked my favorite food every day using the hotel utensils, and could keep drinks and fruit in the refrigerator for a cold snack in the hot summer. The owner took meticulous care of me. The owners are a kind married couple, and they helped solve any problem I brought to them. Thank you so much. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Thailand!

Hostel 9 was a comfortable place to stay, and the staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Jenny. She’s sweet and easy to approach. Thanks so much for the delicious complimentary cake, too. Staying here made me want to spend longer in Thailand, with all its beautiful places and lovely people. I’ll come back soon 🙂
