Centara Villas Phuket

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the villas and facilities were lovely. We especially enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the peaceful feel at Centara Villas Phuket. Bella was kind, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Her warm service added a personal touch, and all the staff were attentive and helpful, exceeding our expectations. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing trip in Phuket. We'll definitely come back! 🌴✨

Dinner came with a wonderful view from the restaurant, and the staff were friendly. The food was good too. Our clean, spacious villa had nice terrace views, and it was easy to get around the resort using the shuttle, ordered through the internal app. The two pools were unfortunately very small, with too little room for sunbeds and umbrellas. Even so, we recommend the resort and need to come back. Four out of five because of the pool area size.

The sea view room was a good size, with a large comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of Thai options. I stayed here for a few nights in December 2025. The two pool areas are small and short on sunbeds. Some beds had no cushions or umbrellas, and when we asked, we were told there were none left. Some parts of the hotel look a little tired and could use an update.

At check-in I paid for my stay by card. The amount was deducted from my bank, but the hotel said a connection timeout meant the transaction hadn't gone through. Six days after I contacted my bank, I still hadn't received a refund. The hotel kept asking me to pay a second time. I was willing to do that if they guaranteed me another five nights in case the first payment wasn't returned, but they refused. This dragged on until checkout on the sixth day. Staff were unhelpful. They said they'd make sure I got my first payment refunded after I paid again, but wouldn't give any guarantee. I called the tourism police, who came and heard both sides. They tried to persuade the hotel to guarantee the extra stay, but the hotel still refused. We all ended up at the police station to file a report so I could raise the matter with my country's embassy in Bangkok. There were other problems too. The toilet needed six repairs and still had issues, and the bathtub was beyond repair, so I had to change rooms. Room service and the shuttle often took a long time. For such an expensive stay, the quality was poor. I will never stay here again.
