Secret Cliff Resort Phuket

We stayed three nights in January 2026, just after a 20-hour travel day, and it was a good place to unwind for a couple of days. The view across the bay was absolutely beautiful, and everything was clean. The staff take real pride in their work. Our room was a little dated, but very nice overall, with a large, decently comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was quite different from what you might have in Canada, but very enjoyable. They served dishes like green curry and pineapple chicken with vegetables, plus there was an omelet station. The coffee was great, served with hot milk. The main drawback is the hotel’s position on a busy highway, which makes walking out impossible. The staff do provide a shuttle into town every morning. We’d stay here again.

About 3kms from Patong central, and a great resort to stay at. The vibe was amazing, breakfast was good, and the staff weren't rude like at other resorts around there. I'd give it 4/5 overall. Maybe 5/5 if there'd been an iron in the room, haha.

The pool and the balcony view were nice, and breakfast was pretty decent. Our room was 327. The bed was comfortable, but the room felt old and outdated, and the bathroom was very basic, though functional. I wasn't confident in the door lock, which raised security concerns. The location was a real inconvenience, and the staff weren't very helpful with transport or getting around. Grab was almost impossible to use there, so you may have to rely on Bolt instead. The gym was mostly unusable: only the treadmill worked properly, and the dumbbells were usable. Most of the other equipment was broken.

I felt relaxed throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were welcoming, very friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Sû’manth, the Front Office Associate, was especially kind and helpful and made the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I'd highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return.
