The building's a little dated, but the view from the back side is amazing. It's centrally located, with a supermarket close by, though you'll need a car or bike.

The location is convenient, but I still wouldn't choose to live here. There's not enough parking, the security guards aren't friendly or helpful, and the staff as a whole don't help. The arrangements by the justice person are really bad. It leaves me wondering why we should have to pay for this. Worst condo I've ever stayed in.

My room is spacious and really bright, with windows on two sides. I've rented it for years, but I'll be away from Phuket for a few months and am thinking of sharing it with someone who needs a place. Let me know if you're interested!
