The location is great, with a lovely view outside the tent, and the price seems reasonable. Still, I wouldn’t come back. The shared toilet was very dirty and poorly maintained, and there are just two showers. One had a broken heater. There also aren’t any paving slabs along the way from the tent to the toilet.

The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast tasted good. The place wasn’t very clean.

For a quiet night, the village setting works well, though you’ll need a car or bike to get around. The busier parts of Khaoyai are about a 20-minute drive away. The rooms are basic, with the usual kettle and cups, but remember to bring your own toothbrush. The pillows were my main complaint: the two giant ones are too high for your head, while the smaller ones are too soft to support it. You can order food from outside vendors, and they’ll deliver it to your room.

We had a peaceful stay and the hospitality was great. My friends and I spent two days and one night there. The hotel is inside a village, about 15 minutes from the main road, with temples and large Buddha statues along both sides of the route. Check-in was smooth, though we had to leave a 500 baht deposit. Our room was spacious and clean, with the basic necessities, an open balcony, and a hammock facing a small pond. The water pressure was a little unstable.
