Jungle Fever Koh Chang

I stayed just over a week, and this is great value for money if you’re looking for a traveller hostel in Lonely Beach. The two hosts are super chill, helpful, and friendly, and my pod was clean and well maintained. The sliding doors give you some privacy, unlike most hostel dorms. There were always friendly people to chat with near the bar at the front. Just know the bar plays music some nights, and you can hear it from your room, so it may not suit you if you want a super quiet hostel all the time.

After a day at the beach or out sightseeing, it felt so good to come back and have Steph and Byron welcome us warmly. We had a fantastic seven-day stay, spending time with other backpackers, sharing stories, and having fun together. That atmosphere is truly unique and precious.

The vibe is great, the location is excellent, and the rooms are lovely. Best of all, the owners and all the great friends and people staying here are lovely. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed for a week and found the rooms really clean and cool. It’s an awesome capsule hostel, and they have nice rooms too. The owners are incredible and very helpful. There’s also a bar with cheap beer and a swimming pool. I’ll stay here every time I return to Koh Chang.
