Moonlight Bay Resort

We stayed in a Beach front villa, with a good sized room and a beautiful ocean and sunset view. The hotel is quiet, though a bit removed from other restaurants and nightlife. There was a sewage smell that came and went in our room, and we noticed it elsewhere at the hotel sometimes too. We've run into that at other hotels in Thailand as well. Breakfast was very good and à la carte, and the hotel has a small private beach. I'd absolutely recommend it for a few relaxing days.

Our Villa had two terraces looking out over the sea, and the room was cleaned well. It's up on the cliffside, so getting there is a bit of a trek, but worth it. The pool is small but sweet, with plenty of loungers around it and overlooking the beach. There's a lovely sea view from the bar, the restaurant food is good, and the staff are delightful. A lovely, chilled place.

Moonlight Bay is a beautiful resort, and the people are what make it special. As Indian travelers, we sometimes find it hard to have our food preferences accommodated abroad, but Ms. Ada and Ms. Ray went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely willing to help, and we won't forget that. Highly recommend, and heartfelt thanks to them for making our stay so special.

The staff made our stay unforgettable. They were some of the kindest, warmest people we've met, and my husband and I knew from the moment we arrived that the place would be amazing. The hotel grounds are clean and well kept, with a private beach where you can swim a little, see coral reefs, Nemo fishies, and lots of beautiful seashells. Just don't take the shells. There's a bar, restaurant, and massages right by the sea. The sunsets from the bar or the beach were incredible. We'll definitely come back when we visit this beautiful island again.
