The villas are roomy and comfortable, each facing the garden while still giving you privacy. It’s a small, quiet resort in a beautiful garden, about 50-100m from the beach and a 10mins walk from restaurants on the main road. A simple buffet breakfast is included.

We spent 2 nights here and had a great time. The bungalows are comfortable, the gardens are lovely, and the beach is so close. A really relaxing choice if you’re after some peace and quiet.

Rasa senang was the nicest place I stayed in Thailand, and I had such a good time there. The staff were so kind that I won’t forget them. It was handy to rent a bike, leave laundry, and have them book a transfer for the next stop. Thanks for everything!

The peaceful location was a big plus, close to the beach and 7/11 and still near the island’s main city area. It’s family owned and operated, and the people were cool and helpful with just about everything. The garden is beautiful, breakfast was great, with a different Thai dish each day plus the usual buffet choices, and we’d love to return. You can rent a scooter there, and they arrange tours and transport wherever it’s needed and possible. Our AC worked great, internet was fast in most places, and they provide incense for mosquitoes on the balconies. Water/Tp is included, and we had no bug or pest problems.

The beach is breathtaking and only a few steps away, and the resort garden is beautiful. We loved our stay at Rasa Sayang, and the staff were helpful and very nice. Just keep in mind it’s a 3 star accommodation in Thailand, so don’t expect luxury.
