P.P. Palmtree Resort

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide range of choices, and it was easy to explore the island, shops, and nearby attractions from the hotel's central location. I also appreciated being able to use the gym at a partner hotel. The reception team were exceptionally friendly and ready to help with anything throughout my stay. My room was clean and well cared for, with a relaxing view over the pool. When I arrived at the pier, a staff member was already waiting and guided me straight to the hotel, so getting there was smooth and stress-free. I had a wonderful stay at PP Palmtree Resort on Phi Phi Island and highly recommend it for the comfort and service.

Breakfast was good, with fresh eggs available. The air conditioning wasn't the best, but it did the job. I noticed occasional smells, though I think that might just be the island. The room had a balcony, a clean bathroom, and vintage wooden interiors. There was a nice pool with a bar, and reception staff were friendly. The central location made it easy to walk from the pier, with staff around to help with trolley bags. A very pleasant stay.

Our room opened straight onto the pool, which was super nice. The pool is large, with a bar in the middle and seats in the water. The resort has a modern design with a vintage touch, and I really liked the amenities. It's right in the middle of Ton Sai Bay on Koh Phi Phi, close to many well-known cafes and restaurants. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. Just be aware the price can change a lot. We saw it go up five times within two weeks of what we paid.

The deluxe room had soft, comfortable beds, and the small pool was warm and nice. It was very quiet at night, and the service was good. The location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent for a 3* hotel, with latte, cappuccino, omelette, chicken bacon, pancakes, and more. I'll come back one day!
