Clean and nice, and the price is low by Phi Phi standards.

The location worked well, and there was even a little closet for our things. But the room itself felt like wasted space, with two bunk beds squeezed into a tiny tiled room. The wall AC blew straight onto the top bunk, and I spent the morning wrapped in whatever I could find to stay warm. With swimming going on here, you’ll already be tired, so I’d pick somewhere else if you need a proper rest.
