This is just a review of the cafe, restaurant, and gym. I came for breakfast almost every day for six weeks. The food is good, the service is quick and great, and the relaxed atmosphere is lovely for hanging out, watching the waves, swimming, or snorkeling. There are a few vegetarian and vegan, or "plant based", options. The tofu avo summer rolls are especially good, a big, flavorful plate with lots of protein and fresh, crunchy vegetables. One thing to know: the tahini in the plant-based avo smash plate is mixed with mayo containing eggs. Who mixes tahini with mayo anyway? Prices are higher than around here, which is to be expected since the place is more western. There's a small outdoor gym, either 200THB to use or free if you order for 200THB per person. It has a squat cage with a pull-up bar and safety bars, plates from 1.25kg to 25kg, dumbbells from 2.5kg to 17.5kg, an adjustable bench, and a bench press rack. Everything is rusty from end to end, loading plates on the bar is quite difficult, and you'll end up covered in rust. Still, it's much better than having no gym at all.

The bungalows are modern and beautiful, and the food is top notch, varied, consistent, and full of flavour. The beach is lovely, with plenty of shade, and we appreciated having yoga and a gym to start our mornings. But the team made the stay truly enjoyable and memorable. We can't put their welcome and service into words, and we're so grateful to Kris, Tan-the-man (handsome man), Noi and Ploy. We'll definitely be back, and we're looking forward to it.

The food was amazing, and they don't add sugar to everything, so you can taste the real flavours. The live music was unexpectedly high quality and really good. Indie has a great atmosphere and friendly service. Also, no Russians!!

Our five nights in the Rainbow bungalow were such a great time. Indie beach has a beautiful spot right by the beach, and the restaurant serves delicious Thai and western food. We also really enjoyed the complimentary yoga. The friendly staff made us smile every day, and they're the best part. Highly recommend.

The food deserves a 10/10, and the rooms were amazing, with comfy beds and beautiful views. Such a fantastic place to stay in Koh Chang.
