The owners are kind, helpful people who are always willing to assist. The hotel may be older, but it’s very clean, with a nice white bed and excellent housekeeping. Guests can help themselves to tea or coffee and hot water for noodles. My one complaint is the receptionist. The girl at the desk is unfriendly and always looks dissatisfied, like she hates everyone (((

There was yellow water coming from the taps, and the manager tried to refund only half of my night’s stay even though I couldn’t use the water. Their reason was that “the air conditioning was working.” The desk is unattended for about 90% of the day, and they also tried to charge me twice. It was foolishness from start to finish. Stay anywhere else. Getting one star in Thailand takes some doing, and I’m not sure this place even deserves that. Avoid it if you want to stay sane.
