Tarn Villa Krabi

The pool was a lovely place to unwind after exploring Krabi, and the quiet setting just beyond the busy areas suited us well. Grab made it easy to get around. Our room at TARN Villas was huge, nicely decorated in a modern style, with a current TV and air conditioning that kept it cool. The owner’s service was the standout. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We stayed for over a week and slept incredibly well because it was so peaceful. The villa was clean and well looked after, and the owners were warm and friendly. Staff gave us space but were quick to help whenever we needed anything. We’d gladly come back on our next trip.

We even got a little goodbye treat on our last day, which was a lovely touch. The staff were kind and easy to deal with, and helped us rent scooters and arrange a ride to the airport. Everything went smoothly. The villas were modern, spacious, and very clean. We had such a good stay and would return in a heartbeat.

We paid $800 for two nights, and the service we got was unacceptable. The room had plenty of space, but it was hot and humid when we arrived, the AC had been left off despite our notice, and there was a strong fried fish smell. We asked to leave the AC running while we went out to air the room, but they wouldn’t give us a spare key. When we raised the issue, the receptionist was rude and told us to “leave the room” without suggesting any other solution. We also asked for a ride to the beach. The driver wouldn’t open the back seats in a six-seater and expected us to squeeze in. Communication was difficult because the staff’s English wasn’t clear, which may have been a language barrier. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
