The staff were super kind and efficient, and I could see that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. My 600 baht room was cheap, so I can't complain too much, and it worked for an overnight stay. Still, it had serious stability issues from nearby tree roots, and the air-conditioner worked badly and was very noisy. It looks like a quiet place, but it wasn't all that calm because of the Thai neighborhood, which was often inconsiderate. The rooms are separated but not soundproof. I also noticed a couple staying for just a few hours in the cheapest room, which didn't give me a good impression of the place's reputation.

Khun Mate was great with everything, from giving us rides to and from the pier to letting us leave our vehicle overnight. It was quiet and not too pricey, and we loved the place. The pink walls and some leaky plumbing might not suit everyone, but we'd recommend it!
