The staff even lent me their bike (scooter) to get dinner at the nearby 7-11 when it was late. It’s a hidden gem before the gateway to Mae Hong son, and a must-stay whenever I come here. The rooms are beautifully designed little chalets, with A/C, a comfortable bed, and a clean toilet and towels.
The staff were very friendly, and there’s free WiFi. The cottages mix traditional Thai styles with some modern ones. My room was very clean, with a queen size bed, aircon, and hot water. There’s a free washer and dryer, and it’s a few minutes from the town center.
This was the best budget accommodation I’ve ever had. It was comfortable, quiet, clean, and friendly, just outside the city gate. Getting into town or out onto roads across the province was easy.
The double room was 500 baht. It’s a rustic place with limited facilities, fine for one night if there isn’t another option.
A nice place to stay with the family, and it was about 500฿.
