I wasn't there long enough to comment on room cleaning, as I never received any, or on the additional bottled water, which I also never got. The first room had a leaking roof. I changed to a different room type for one night. Its TV didn't work, but they provided an office TV to use.

The gardens are beautiful, and the setting is nice, but the managers were lazy and our room was dirty. In the first room, the shower and TV didn't work, though they fixed the TV the next day. After we moved rooms, the manager told the staff not to change the sheets for three days. There was an insect nest in the bathroom, a lot of mold, and thick dust on the shelves. Staff tried to wake us early to serve a very mediocre breakfast. It's a shame, because this could be a really nice place. The hotel was dirty, but the manager's truck was spotless. I guess that says it all.

It smelled bad, and the towels were terrible. The cover sheet and mattress weren't up to standard. No Wi-Fi.
