Unicorn@Pai Resort

The air conditioning was broken, and the one in the replacement room was broken too. I'd booked three rooms for two nights and asked for a refund for one night, but we decided not to stay at all. The price isn't worth it for these rooms. The towels were old and dirty, and the place seemed under maintenance. I hope they improve the rooms and are honest.

There was nobody in sight when we arrived. Then, when we showed the staff the room we'd booked through Agoda, they tried to charge us extra, saying the price we'd paid wasn't enough, even though the resort had no other guests. Plenty of people in Pai are lovely, but this resort is rotten. I wouldn't recommend it.

This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The host couldn't care less and just abuses you when you complain. It's actually dangerous to stay here because it's so disgusting. Have some respect for yourself and sleep on the street instead.

The location was good, and there was a refrigerator in the room, but the bungalows were old, small, and very expensive at 500 bht. I moved to a better, cheaper place 20m down the road, where rooms were better and cost 200 per night. After that, the owner's friendly smile disappeared, and she didn't want to refund the next night's money. She eventually did after two minutes of my bad English. The pool is useless, and I was the only guest there the night I stayed. Stay away.
