ASHLEE Hub Hotel Patong

I've known Phuket for years, and Ashlee Hub is one of the few hotels that impressed me on every level. I spent a full month here and plan to return next year. The rooms are spotless, freshly painted, and renovated. They're cleaned every day, with the sheets changed, and everything kept in excellent shape. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are kind and professional. They listen and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. If noise worries you, remember this is Patong, a nightlife city. The windows are well insulated, and 35 dB earplugs should help sensitive sleepers sleep comfortably. The management deserves special thanks too. They're attentive, quick to answer messages and requests, and clearly care about guests' comfort. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone hoping to avoid unpleasant surprises. Bravo to this amazing hotel, and thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were three friends staying here, and paid 20,000 Bhat for three nights. Things seemed fine until checkout. We had hot tea that morning and left all the utensils in good shape. Then they showed us a random picture of a broken glass and demanded 100 Bhat. We hadn't broken it, and we would have paid 500 Bhat if we had. We don't care about the 100 Bhat, we'd probably have tipped that much. What matters is right and wrong. The service lady called “ air “ was extremely rude. She kept calling us thieves and accused us over and over, then threatened to call the cops. It was a horrible end to a stay at a hotel we'd genuinely liked until then. This isn't basic, decent hospitality, and the way guests are treated at checkout matters as much as how they're treated during the stay. Please don't find reasons to scam and accuse tourists. The housekeeping and reception staff need better vetting and training. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hospitality.

The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and the hotel is well placed for Patong Beach, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Inside, the rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained, and had all the essentials. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I found the hotel comfortable, welcoming, and very good value, with outstanding service. Highly recommended for a stay in Patong.

The rooftop pool was a lovely place to cool off and take in the view, and the hotel itself was quiet at night despite being close to Patong Beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. We could walk to everything easily. My room felt more like a small apartment, with a kitchenette, a seating area, and a balcony. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The modern design and good housekeeping helped make the stay feel relaxing. Staff were friendly and happy to help with questions or recommendations. Ashlee Heights Phuket Hotel & Suites gave me a comfortable stay with good amenities and value. I’d consider coming back.
