Casa Del M Phuket

Casa Del M Resort, Phuket sits on a peaceful hill with lovely views. It’s still close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, so getting around was easy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the resort felt calm and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing atmosphere, which would be lovely for couples and honeymooners. Breakfast had a good variety too. We really liked having quiet surroundings with nearby attractions still easy to reach. A comfortable, relaxing stay for the price, highly recommended in Phuket.

I was upgraded from a standard booking to a premium pool access room, which was a lovely surprise and made the trip memorable. The staff were warm, welcoming, always smiling, and their hospitality was outstanding. I felt at home and comfortable enough that leaving made me a little sad. Great service and great vibes.

The children’s area has a small playground and storybooks, and I liked the hotel’s care for the animals on the property. Signs ask guests to watch for dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks crossing. Staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A 7-Eleven is nearby, and the on-site M Mart is open from afternoon into the evening. Casa Del M is on a hillside in Patong, so it feels calmer than the beachfront while still being easy to reach. Patong Beach and Bangla Road are about a 10-15 minute walk or a short tuk-tuk ride away. The rooftop bar and restaurant have lovely elevated views, especially at sunset. Our pool-front room had direct access to the swimming pool, and the air conditioning stayed cold and effective. For the price, it offers good value. It suits travelers wanting a mid-range stay with resort amenities, away from the thick of Patong’s nightlife but near the main attractions. We found it comfortable and spacious, with a bit of a second-home feel.

Service during my stay was disappointing. The food choices for kids and vegetarians were limited, and the reception staff were rude. When we came back from our daily city tours, they didn’t provide drinking water. We were with family and children, and it was frustrating that staff gave us no useful information about where to get water, leaving us with no choice. There were no nearby stores. The hotel is set back from the main street, and you can find better options than this one.
