The reception was warm and welcoming, especially Wan, who was so friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well organized too. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d gladly recommend the hotel.

The buffet halal breakfast made by New and Far was excellent, and the staff really went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mini, Porn, Moo, Weah, Kai, Tab, and the rest of the team. Shirley, the Operations Manager, was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Thank you all. The rates were reasonable, and the location was very good. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to famous Bangla Rd. The deluxe room was large and had air conditioning, a large flat TV with YouTube, and a balcony.

I’d been looking forward to this hotel because the reviews and location looked great, but I was really disappointed and won’t recommend it. The room was acceptable at first, though nothing special. Then I opened the curtain and saw that the window was badly broken. Nobody mentioned it at check-in. When I told reception, they said they knew, but didn’t know whether it would be fixed that day. In my view, a broken window that lets mosquitoes in should be dealt with right away. That was the start of an argument with the hotel. They eventually cancelled my stay and refunded my money, which was fine, but it left me anxious as I had to find somewhere else. Everything was at least double the cost because I’d booked this place months earlier. The staff were extremely rude. When I raised the problem, reception acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I asked to speak with the manager, but they said the manager wasn’t on duty and couldn’t be called. After more arguing, they finally called the supposed owner, who told the staff member to refund me without my consent. These people shouldn’t be in the tourism industry. They don’t know how to handle clients.

Breakfast was included, and the buffet was really tasty. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, with lots of shops just outside. We even got a Thai massage right in front of the hotel. For a budget hotel, this was the best one I’ve stayed in. The rooms were spacious enough and had a balcony.
