The location is excellent, near shopping and restaurants but still peaceful when you want to relax. My room at D1 hotel in patong was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in went smoothly and the service was very good throughout. Highly recommend for families or couples visiting Phuket. I'll definitely stay again 🙂

The spot is perfect, very close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you're visiting Patong Beach ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent location made for a great stay. Check-in and the welcome service were smooth, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for a visit to Phuket.

The receptionists were amazing, helpful and cheerful whenever we spoke with them, and they made our stay enjoyable. The location is good too. The rooms could use a little TLC, and street-facing ones really need double-glazed windows. Still, for the price I can't complain. I'd recommend it if you just need a nice place to come back to and sleep. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.

For a budget property the hotel is good, but the staff let it down. The lady at reception was rude and arrogant. There are better nearby options at similar rates, like Raha grand and Vits Dynasty patong. Don't book online, since you can get the same rates by coming in person. Bike rentals for 200THB a day are available directly at several nearby spots. If the hotel changed its staff, I'd recommend it.
