The beds were the worst I've tried, really uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep at night. There was no hairdryer and NO HOT WATER. When we asked at reception, they said, "what do you expect? You pay for a hostel, not a hotel!!" I complained about that response, and was told I could cancel and leave the premises. That would've left my group of three with nowhere to stay on New Year's Eve. Unacceptable behavior from them and zero amenities for guests. There's no kitchen either. Don't trust the pictures here, it's not the same place. Please don't book with them.

The location is far from the city center, which made things inconvenient. When we reported that there was no hot water, the staff got defensive and told us to leave if we didn't like it instead of trying to fix it. They responded the same way when we mentioned the uncomfortable beds. It seems they can't handle feedback, and other Google Maps reviews back that up too. Even when we tried to be polite, the staff were rude and argumentative. I wouldn't recommend this hostel, won't return, and would suggest finding a better option if you're visiting Phuket. Good luck!

It's affordable, and the staff are friendly. Check-in was a bit confusing, and it's not exactly close to Patong. Being right by the road makes it very noisy at night, though it didn't bother me too much. If you're a light sleeper, don't stay here.

Neat and clean, and the price is the best part. The host was friendly and helpful, and they rent two wheelers too. It's a little away from Patong Beach, but manageable. There's no lift, so you'll need to take the stairs.
