A basic room, but it was quiet and nice, with good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful, and laundry was cheap. Top job.

Bee at reception was really helpful. The beach is no more than 200 meters away, and Patong walking street is under a kilometer from the property. There are plenty of Indian and other multicultural restaurants nearby, so it works well for solo travellers or friends.

The place was close to all the action, but far enough away that the noise wasn’t constant. I had no problems at all during my stay, and the location was fantastic.

Being right beside the beach was the best part. The price was reasonable, but the room condition really needs improvement. Mine looked onto a wall, and although the sheets were clean, they smelled bad. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. With no lift, I had to haul my huge luggage up the stairs.

Restaurants, the beach, and entertainment spots are all within walking distance, though the hotel itself is in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, it was comfortable and good value, and I’d come back.
