Modern Living Residence Phuket Patong

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great, with food, the beach, swimming, and a good vibe all nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped make up for the things the place lacks. It's a decent, respectful place to stay without spending too much.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the location was great, opposite the beach and an easy walk from Bangla Road. There were restaurants, massage places, and tourist shops nearby. We had a room connected to the pool, which was nice to have, though we never got to use it. Renovation work was happening, and at times it got noisy. The cleaning staff kept the room clean. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Internet was hit and miss, and for some reason my phone reception was too, even though I have a Thai mobile sim. The final morning was especially noisy: around 5am a ladyboy in the hallway was arguing with a customer who hadn't paid her for their special time, waking everyone on our floor. Breakfast wasn't worth the price, and the kitchen area was so-so. There was a small gym and a sauna, but this place wasn't really my cup of tea.

Nahm at reception was so helpful and friendly, she really made the place better for us. After a nightmare stay at BYD Lofts, this felt like a relief. The rooms were reasonably priced and you're pretty much right on the beach. You can hear tuk tusk and Muay Thai trucks passing on the street, but it wasn't a big deal. We had a great stay, and the staff made a real difference.

You get wonderful views from this place, right beside patong beach, and the rooms are great. The staff kept our room very clean, room service was good, and the wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was just average 😋. We loved staying here. I'd recommend it for a good budgeted stay in Phuket.
