A quiet, clean budget option in Patong, with lovely mountain views from the balcony and large rooms. The staff were wonderful. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach, but nights are peaceful. A good fit for solo travelers or couples watching their budget.

Our family trip with children was affected by a last-minute cancellation, and I ended up losing money and dealing with a lot of unnecessary stress. We had booked two triple rooms on the 5th of November 2025 for check-in on the 26th January 2026. At 9pm on the 25th January, the hotel cancelled, saying they were overbooked. I'd already checked with them through their official email address, and they had confirmed the booking. I stayed in conversation with the booking app until 2am trying to sort it out, but nothing could be done, so I had to cancel. With so little notice, I had to book rooms at premium rates. There was no mistake on my side. It feels like the owners' greed may have caused this to happen, though that's my impression. I strongly suggest not booking here. It could have been a one-off, but it could happen to you too and ruin the mood of your holiday.

I only planned to stay one night, but kept extending and wound up here for three weeks. The service, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and comfort made me want to stay. It feels cozy, and the host is incredibly kind. I'll definitely return.

I liked the place. The customer service is the best part, the lady was helpful and attentive, and gave tourists the information they need. There's free water, and you can make coffee, but you have to bring the supplies yourself. Lockers are available, the rooms have enough space, and there's a hair dryer. It's open 24 hours, with lots of parking on the property. The pool isn't well maintained, though you can use it. There are months customers on the ground floor. The hotel is good, but could use improvement. If walking is difficult for you, don't go, but otherwise it's best. 2025 May
