The street was quiet, which made it easy to relax and sleep even though Patong Beach is a lively, busy area. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were kind and ready to help. They found taxis for us when the apps weren’t working, and we used the laundry service several times, which was convenient. I’d read some negative reviews before arriving and wasn’t sure what to expect, but our experience was completely different and very positive. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, calm place in Patong with helpful staff.

The quiet atmosphere and how clean everything was made this stay really comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, too. I’m honestly puzzled by the hotel’s 3.9 rating because my experience was the complete opposite. I’d happily come back for another relaxing stay.

The room looked lovely, was spotless, and even smelled great. Everyone on staff was so friendly, and the location worked perfectly for me. I loved staying here and would gladly return.

We spent 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The reception staff were very friendly. If I come back to Thailand, I’ll definitely stay here again.
