The stay was uncomfortable and didn’t justify the price or rating. Our room felt cramped, with little room to move, and the air conditioning didn’t cool it properly. There was no lift, so guests had to carry their own luggage up a steep, awkward staircase. The pool was a major disappointment: it was a small makeshift 15-foot poly water holder, not what I’d expect from something advertised as a proper pool. Breakfast was disorganized, with few options and food I didn’t find appetizing. The property fell short of basic standards, let alone a luxury stay. The marketing felt misleading, and the amenities and infrastructure need serious improvement, along with the service and honesty in how the place is presented.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. It’s a chic hotel right across the road from Patong Beach, so getting to the sand is as easy as crossing over. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were good. There weren’t many restrictions, and the room was cleaned daily. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were provided too.

Good value for the price. Every room has a bathtub, and the sky bar and rooftop pool are cozy and nice. Breakfast was okay, and service was fine. The parking garage felt a bit small for a car, though a motorbike would be fine. I’d rate it 4/5.

We were there for 7 nights and really liked the position overlooking the beach. I’d suggest booking a room with a balcony and a view. Bangla Road is within walking distance, and the staff were great, with reception available 24/7. We also got free bottled water every day, plus complimentary tea and coffee.

We spent much of our time in Patong on the beach, right by the Patong Marina Hotel. Its central spot puts shops and restaurants just a short walk away, and being so close made it easy to pop back and change before heading out. The large veranda overlooking the beach was a lovely place to meet friends or chat with the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel felt bright and clean, with architecture that had a European charm. We had a lovely vacation and will be back to the Marina hotel.
