The room price was changed by the owner while we were staying there. The place itself was disgusting: a rotten, moldy fridge, damp walls, and dirty sheets. The whole experience was nasty. Never stay here.

Rooms are reasonably priced and good value if you’re on a budget. The location is central, just a few minutes from bangla walking street.

The rooms smell bad, and they don’t clean them. Even after you ask, they just say they forgot. Really poor service and no respect for customers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was acceptable, but the place was poorly cleaned. The sheets were really dirty too.

Rayyan guesthouse is in a nice location, close to the beach. You can easily get to banhla road and jungcylone, the big shopping centre in patong.
