I rented a bike here for seven days, and the owner took advantage of me. She said the tyre wasn't in its original condition and charged me an extra 250 baht, even though it looked the same as before and had no nails stuck in it. I was tired of arguing, so I paid. The money itself didn't matter to me, but it wasn't right to treat me that way. I don't want other travellers to go through the same thing. Big warning, don't rent a bike from this place.

The boss said we'd scratched the motorbike, but it already had a lot of scratches when we got it. We had to pay 1500 in compensation. We were in a hurry and had no choice, so we paid. The boss knew that and used the situation to trick us. Shameless.

This happened a while ago. We booked through booking.com, and when the receptionist saw we had a car, she told us we'd have to pay double. She didn't care. Horrible place!

I had a bad experience here and wouldn’t rent a car or stay at this shop. The person claimed I had damaged his headlight and demanded money. Look closely at the other cars, too: their lights already have scratches and impact marks. It felt like he was trying to pressure me into paying.

The rooms were fairly clean and spacious, and the location between Patong Beach and Karon Beach made for a quieter stay. We were there for two nights. Some things weren’t working properly, including the lights and hot water, and the old air conditioner was noisy at night. I also didn’t like the blankets, which may not suit people with allergies. For the same price, I wouldn’t choose this hotel over others nearby.
