Swiss Palm Beach Hotel

We had just one drink each all evening because no one came back to take another order. The waiter showed up once, took our food order for six people, including two kids, then disappeared. The kids’ food never arrived. We waited more than 40 minutes after the adults had finished before cancelling it. The adults’ food was cold and not very tasty either. When we paid, there was an unexpected 5% credit card charge. It would’ve been fine if they’d told us about it beforehand. Pathetic.

The location was amazing, close to everything, and this was my best stay in Phuket. I loved the pool, the restaurant was nice, and the staff were very kind. The rooms were a little worn but still usable. This place is awesome, and I’d recommend checking it out before picking a hotel in Patong.

Really nice place to stay, and the restaurant is good. There’s local food, pizza, and Western dishes. The shrimp soup was great, and the vegetables with a giant beef steak were cool too.

My friends thought the rooms were very good for the money, and I had a great dinner here. The dishes are really good, especially the lamb shanks, which would be hard to beat. If you’re nearby, I recommend at least coming for dinner.
