Ashlee Heights Hotel is good value for the price, and I had a great experience there. It's close to the beach, exchange, tour booths, restaurants, bars, and plenty of other things. The pool was really nice, and we used it almost every day. The hotel and our room were both extremely clean. Reception was very nice and helped us when the washing machine stopped working. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel in patong.

The location is very close to the main market. There's a 7-11 two minutes away on foot and an Indian restaurant across the street. The breakfast spread is comprehensive, with Indian dishes included, and the staff are courteous and understand English. The hotel even upgraded one room so our three families could stay on the same floor next to each other, a very nice gesture. We had a very good stay and would recommend it.

The food is good, and the hotel is very kid-friendly, which matters a lot to me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. We're still here with friends as I'm writing this, and I'm having a very good stay. One thing to know is that twin-sharing rooms don't offer much of a view. The Supreme or Family rooms are the ones with good views, so this may not suit you if scenery is a priority. I'd definitely recommend the place. Thank you. Sumispassionbook (Sumita)

There are lots of shops around since the hotel is right in the city. The room was really spacious, and breakfast was a good buffet. I also really liked the view from the pool on the 8th floor.

We enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and really nice, and there's a big pool up top. It's close to pating beach, with food streets within walking distance too.
